With a collection of charcoal drawings and paintings, the African artist Florence Wangui put a visual endeavor to release the concerns, which like heavy bricks, are demons hidden in the flash memories of experiences. Titled “Remnants of an Experience”, this weekend will finish the Wangui’s artworks presentation at the One Off contemporary Art Gallery in Nairobi Kenya. Above 20 pieces are part of the exhibition. A soft imagery of a psychological suffering occurring in short moments of inner anxiety. This way, the portrayed protagonist will close their eyes in the pursuit of calm, which like a nightmare will be transformed in alter-egos clamming for a space into her mind. Sour voices whispering to the heart.
